SANTA RITA
SANTA RITA was a complete tear down of the existing house and building a new home, using some existing but most new foundation. Everything from the foundation up was brand new. SANTA RITA shows some unique storage using niches in the sheet rock, custom tile work and nice flagstone entryway.

An 800-square-foot front addition creating a vaulted media room and a larger kitchen with custom cabinetry and a custom hood
A 470-square-foot rear addition and 268-square-foot front addition with a large kitchen, oversized island, fireplace, bathrooms and exterior improvements.
